My Local Buying Tips | CENTURY 21

My Local Buying Tips < >

Ask your neighbors what really matters and you’ll likely hear “a safe future for my kids,” “treating people respectfully,” or “a strong community.”  Ask them what they want more of, and they’ll reply “more time,” “more security,” or maybe just “more fun.”

The best thing you can have when buying a home is someone who is in there every week closing transactions and able to negotiate on your behalf.  The hard questions need to be asked "how many transactions did you close last year".  Why would you use someone who has no experience and able to look for the many pitfalls that come up.

I learned mostly through my contractors of what to look for and items that may cause some concerns.  Homes w/ out a good inspection could cost you later after the home has closed.  Again many of these things can be avoided by just asking the hard questions to make you feel comfortable w/ your investment.
